– Provide information about rental options, rates, and policies.
– Process rental reservations, contracts, and payments accurately.
– Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
– Coordinate vehicle pickups and returns efficiently.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
– Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and transactions.
– Basic computer skills (training provided).
– Previous experience in customer service or the rental industry is a plus but not required.
